We do not only offer temporary event jobs within Dubai (UAE) or Gulf Region (GCC) but also around the globe. So wherever you stay, feel free to register and work with us.

What is Professionate- Search?
Professionate- Search or PN- Search is our great search function. Companies and Agencies are able to use this search function to find the most suitable Promoter or Hostess. And this can be you! The Companies will be able to see your full Send Card expect from your contact details. In case you are shortlisted, they will unlock your contact details and request a Job for you. This means even you do not apply to a Job, you will be able to receive great job offers from our clients with zero effort. And be assured, we check each company before they are able to register on our website.
If you do not want to be found on PN- Search you can easily deactivate this function in your account.
I do not want to be found in PN-Search
No Problem, during your registration you will be able to decide if you want to be found in PN-Search or not. Even if you change your mind in the future, just log in and go to ´Account´ -> ´General´ and change it. Do not forget to save your changes.
Is everyone able to see my details/ sedcard?
No, only the registered companies to whom you applied can view your profile.
In case you agreed to be part of our PN-Search function, all registered companies will be able to see your sedcard regardless you have applied to one of their jobs or not.
Be assure, that we are checking each company carefully before they are able to register to avoid any spam or data breaches
I have not received the activation link. What can I do?
If the email does not arrive immediately in your mailbox, there is no reason to be uncomfortable. Depending on the provider, the transmission may take a few minutes.
If the e-mail still does not arrive after several hours, it probably has one of the following reasons:
- Our email ended up in the spam folder of your mailbox.- Please check your spam folder and put professionate.com on the list of ´secure senders’.
- The mailbox of your email account is overfilled.- Please empty your mailbox so that you can receive emails again. Depending on the provider, it may be necessary to request the resetting of your Professionate.com-password again.
- Our mail is blocked by the respective email service.- In this case please contact the administrator or your provider.
- The given email address is simply wrong. Please recheck your email address and enter the correct email address.

What is a ´SedCard´?
A Promoter or Hostess SedCard is a card composed of a selection of your photos, your personal information, your physical features and language skills. Your SedCard is the most important when applying for a job on our job portal as it gives the company the first impression, which counts.
To get some more information, please also check our Blog article “How to create a successful SedCard”.
In our job portal, you do not have to create your own sedcard, only to go to each step of the site ´sedcard´ and fill in as much information as possible. We will create the SedCard for you and submit it automatically when you are applying. Also feel free to download your SedCard from our website and submit it directly to other agencies when applying.
What exactly is the job letter?
The job letter is an e-mail notification about new jobs within your region/ country. The job letter will be sent once a day to your registered email address. It will give you an overview of new jobs. To apply to any of these Jobs, just log into your account send your application.
I just shifted to another country, but still receiving the job letter from my home country. How can I change it?
The job letter will always be sent according to your submitted home address. In case you shifted, you can log into your profile and go to ´SedCard´-> ´Contact Details´ and change your full address (Street, House No., Postal Code, City and Country). Do not forget to save your changes. Thenceforth you will receive the job letter according to your new residence.
I do not want to receive the job letter anymore!
There are always reasons, why you might not be working as a promoter or freelancer that time. So if you do not want to receive our job letters any more just log into your profile and go to ´Account´-> ´General´ and deactivate the job letter. Do not forget to save the changes. And of course, you are always welcome to active the job letter again.
I accidentally chose the wrong gender. How can I change it?
To change your gender you need to contact our costumer support: email@example.com. We might request you to send a proof of your gender, such as passport copy.
What is the username all about?
In PN-Search as well as when you are applying, your real name will only be visible to companies when they unlocked your contact details. Instead, your username will be shown.
Why are some jobs white colored and some orange?
The white colored jobs are standard or regular job posts. However, the orange colored jobs having a higher priority. So you can see the importance of a job post.
What is happening after my application?
Once you applied for a job, you are a possible candidate who might be selected by the recruiter for that post. The agencies will review each profile and shortlist the most suitable promoter and hostesses. In case they selected you, the agency will contact you via email or phone. Please notice, that we are a mediator only. We are not able to give you feedback regarding the status or why you have not been selected.
Can I revoke my application for a position?
Yes, you are. In case you are not available for any job anymore, please go to your Account´ -> ´My Applications´and revoke your application. In this case, the company will be notified. Kindly note: revoking an application can not be undone.
Can I change my username?
No, there is no opportunity to change your username.
I forgot my username and my registered email ID.
To access you PN-Account you only need one of the both. Either your registered Email Address or your Username. In case you forgot both, please contact our customer support firstname.lastname@example.org. Just submit your full name, date of birth, nationality and your telephone number.
How can I deactivate or delete my account?
To deactivate your account, please log in to your profile and go to ´Account´-> ´General´ and Deactivate your Account. If your account is deactivated, you will have no access to your profile anymore, you will not receive any job offers, neither will you be found in PN-Search.
Kindly notice: If you are deactivating your account, this account is not permanently deleted from our server. In case you want to continue working with us, you are welcome to send our Customer Support (email@example.com) an email, they will re-activate your account.
In case you want to delete your profile permanently, please also contact our customer support. Be assured that all your information, pictures, reviews etc. will be permanently deleted from our server and cannot be undone.
FAQ for Companies
How do I book hostesses from this website?
Once your registration is done and accepted by us, you will be able to publish a job. Just go to ´Post A Job´ and enter all necessary details. Please make sure to write as many details as possible. This will help you as well as Promoters & Hostesses to find the best match. Once the job is posted you will start getting applications within 24 hours. Use our search mask to shortlist and reject applicants. Once you found the best suitable event staff, please unlock the contact details and contact them directly to clear all details.
Why does my registration need to be approved by you and how much time will it take?
We want to assure our promoters and hostesses a professional environment and want their contact details to be secured. That´s why we need to check each company who registers at our page. Generally, we will unlock your profile within 24 hours. In case we are facing any unclarities, we will contact you shortly.
What is the difference between standard and power job?
A standard job is having a white background. The Power Job is more eye catching and having an orange colored background also it will be listed preferably, so you can be assured you are getting more applications on it.
What is Professionate- Search?
Professionate-Search is our great search function. You are able to use this search function to find the most suitable promoter or hostess. You can filter them according to their appearance, language skills, rating and much more!
Even without posting a job you will be able to browse through our database. Kindly note, in PN- Search you will only be able to view the sedcards without contact details. To unlock you need to pay a small fee.
Is there any free trial?
Currently, we are running a promotion, so you will receive 1 free job post to test our service after registration. This offer is limited only. All rights reserved by Professionate.com.
How can I correct a mistake in the job description if the job is already posted?
>You are not able to change anything on a posted job. In case of important changes or mistakes, we are able to make the changes, once. Please send an email along with your username, job ID and needed changes to our customer support firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it possible to post a job in more than one category?
Yes, it is. Simply select multiple categories. Your Job will then be shown in each chosen category. But please make sure, that the category is fitting to the job position.
Who can apply to my job post?
All registered members are able to apply to your vacancy. There is no restriction.
How can I deactivate or delete my account?
To deactivate your account, please log in to your profile and go to ´Account´-> ´General´ and deactivate your account. If your account is deactivated, you will have no access to your profile anymore, nor you will be able to use PN-Search or post a job.
Kindly notice: If you are deactivating your account, this account is not permanently deleted from our server. In case you want to continue working with us, you are welcome to send our customer support (email@example.com) an email, they will re-activate your account.
In case you want to delete your profile permanently, please also contact our customer support. Be assured that all your Information will be permanently deleted from our server and cannot be undone.
